1. Limitation of Purpose
COD Shield is designed exclusively as a B2B auxiliary tool to improve logistical decisions and reduce order delivery failure rates (Retour). It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for any other purposes such as defamation, extortion, financial credit assessment, or damaging individuals reputations.
2. Merchant Sole Liability
The merchant acknowledges they are the sole legal party responsible for the accuracy and precision of the data (reports) they enter into the system. These reports must be based on genuine, documented commercial transactions (e.g., existence of a tracking number from a shipping company). The platform assumes no responsibility for malicious or incorrect reports.
3. Strict Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The information and indicators provided by the platform are confidential and intended for the internal use of the merchant only. Capturing screenshots, exporting data, or sharing risk assessment results in social networks or public groups is strictly prohibited. Any violation leads to immediate account permanent ban and potential legal pursuit.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform provides statistical indicators based on analytical algorithms (Risk Scores) and does not present absolute facts or definitive judgments. The final decision to ship or cancel an order remains exclusively with the merchant. The platform does not bear any material losses or legal consequences resulting from the merchants decisions.
5. Data Anonymization & Privacy Notice
To protect consumer privacy, the platform does not receive or store explicit phone numbers or personal data. Inputs are encrypted locally on the merchants device (Client-Side Hashing) and converted into anonymous statistical codes.
6. Appeals
Individuals believing their record is incorrect may submit an appeal via our Appeals Page.

1. بند "تحديد الغرض" (Limitation of Purpose)
تم تصميم منصة COD Shield حصرياً كأداة مساعدة (B2B) لتحسين القرارات اللوجستية وتقليل نسبة فشل تسليم الطلبيات (Retour). يُمنع منعاً باتاً استخدام المنصة لأي أغراض أخرى مثل التشهير، الابتزاز، تقييم الائتمان المالي، أو الإضرار بسمعة الأفراد.
2. بند "المسؤولية الحصرية للتاجر" (Merchant Sole Liability)
يُقر التاجر بأنه المسؤول القانوني الوحيد عن صحة ودقة البيانات (البلاغات) التي يقوم بإدخالها في النظام. ويشترط أن تكون هذه البلاغات مبنية على تعاملات تجارية حقيقية وموثقة (مثل وجود رقم تتبع من شركة الشحن). المنصة لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن البلاغات الكيدية أو الخاطئة.
3. بند "سرية المعلومات ومنع النشر" (Strict Confidentiality)
المعلومات والمؤشرات التي توفرها المنصة هي سرية ومخصصة للاستخدام الداخلي للتاجر فقط. يُمنع منعاً باتاً تصوير الشاشة (Screenshots)، أو تصدير البيانات، أو مشاركة نتائج تقييم المخاطر في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أو المجموعات العامة. أي انتهاك لهذا البند يعرض حساب التاجر للحظر الفوري والمساءلة.
4. بند "إخلاء المسؤولية عن القرارات التجارية" (Disclaimer of Warranties)
توفر المنصة مؤشرات إحصائية مبنية على خوارزميات تحليلية (Risk Scores) ولا تقدم حقائق مطلقة أو أحكاماً قطعية. القرار النهائي بشحن أو إلغاء الطلبية يعود حصرياً للتاجر. المنصة لا تتحمل أي خسائر مادية أو تبعات قانونية ناتجة عن قرارات التاجر.
5. بند "طبيعة البيانات والتشفير" (Data Anonymization Notice)
لحماية خصوصية المستهلكين، المنصة لا تستقبل ولا تخزن أرقام الهواتف أو البيانات الشخصية الصريحة. يتم تشفير المدخلات محلياً في جهاز التاجر (Client-Side Hashing) وتحويلها إلى رموز إحصائية مجهولة الهوية.
6. حقوق المستهلك والطعون
يحق لأي شخص يرى أن رقمه تم الإبلاغ عنه بشكل خاطئ تقديم طعن رسمي عبر صفحة الطعون.
